Cooking Classes
All classes are demonstration classes, except the pasta class which is hands-on. Classes take place in the Riva kitchen. You will be served food throughout the evening. One glass of wine is included. Additional beverages will be charged separately.
Classes start at 6pm.
Class size is limited to 10 people.
Classes are 3 hours in duration.
Cost: $175 + HST

Hands On Pasta Cooking Class

Learn to make fresh egg pasta. Thomas will show you how to make plain and spinach pasta doughs, then roll and cut the pasta into tagliatelle which will be served with mushroom ragù. Next we will show you two types of filled pasta using the same dough: tortellini in brodo and squash ravioli with butter and sage. We end the evening with a classic Italian dessert: tiramisù.
